Gozo Channel has announced that the MV Ta' Pinu will be undergoing scheduled works at Malta Shipyard as of today. All trips between Mgarr and Cirkewwa will be operated as scheduled by the MV Malita and MV Gaudos.
In order to ensure the least possible inconvenience due to the reduced carrying capacity, the MV Malita will be utilised at peak times, with both hanging car-decks having a clear deck height of 2.5m to increase its carrying capacity.
The Company would also like to inform the public that the Sa Maison cargo service will be performed twice a week, on Mondays and Wednesdays, leaving Mgarr at 7pm and Sa Maison at 9pm.
These arrangements will be in effect until all three boats operated by Gozo Channel have undergone these scheduled works.
The company apologises for any inconvenience these arrangements may cause.
