The Minister for Gozo, Giovanna Debono, and Mr. Joseph Micallef, Permanent Secretary to the Ministry for Gozo, met yesterday with all the Heads of Sections within the Ministry for Gozo to address, amongst other things, working ethics and providing quality services at the Ministry for Gozo.
During the meeting, Minister Debono stressed the importance of maintaining discipline and a proper work schedule, and said that aside from promoting a more positive work-performance, team-work and communication with and between staff members results in a more organised and effective working system.
Minister Debono concluded by thanking all Heads of Sections for attending and urged them to carry out their duties diligently and conscientiously.
