Through its commitment to offer consumers great summer promotions year after year, Vodafone Malta Limited has come up with a number of new initiatives and collaborations, which it said are for the benefit of loyal and prospective customers.

For those preparing for a summer of virtual surfing, Vodafone has re-launched its broadband home internet offers into 2 simple packages - BASIC (€13.85) and MAXI (€23.00). Customers can also add a Vodafone fixed line with fone200 for an additional €7.00. Vodafone’s Trade Fair Offer means subscribers get three months free access for Vodafone’s broadband home internet upon signing up for a year.

For customers wanting to make lazy summer conversation from mobile to fixed lines, Vodafone is offering the lowest rates to all local fixed line numbers. For as little as €1 a week, prepaid customers can call on all fixed lines from their Vodafone at €0.12 every 5 minutes during morning hours and at €0.12 for every 30 minutes during the evening. To subscribe to this promotional offer customers need to send a blank SMS which is free of charge to 16240. Vodafone postpaid customers can benefit from 500 minutes to all local fixed numbers for just €9.99 a month. Offer is valid until September 30.

Customers wanting to benefit from the lowest mobile call rate of €0.01 per minute to all Vodafone numbers can top up with the €30 Bonus Card. With this special top-up customers can benefit from a rate of just €0.30 per 30 minutes when calling all Vodafone numbers all day, every day. This top-up is available from any Vodafone outlet, through Vodafone’s website www.vodafone.com.mt, through SMS bank top up and BOV ATMs.

Vodafone has also teamed up with Splash and Fun to give its customers a cool offer for Malta’s hot summer months. From the 25th June until August 30, Vodafone customers can get two Splash and Fun tickets for the price of one entitling them to an afternoon pass (from 3pm to 9pm) and a buffet BBQ at the Splash and Fun on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. To benefit from this offer, Vodafone customers must send a blank SMS to 50911241 at a cost of €0.35 and call on 21374283 or 27374283 to check availability.

In order to keep up its green initiatives during summer, Vodafone is also reminding customers to recycle old mobile handsets. Upon returning any number of their old or broken mobile phones for recycling, customers will get a discount of €10 when buying a new mobile phone. This offer is available for the first 500 customers.
