Vodafone Malta employees are benefitting from educational sessions offered by the Richmond Foundation which are being held by clinical psychologist Dr Edward Curmi, focusing on the understanding of stress at work.
Any organisation’s success depends on a workforce that is rich in its diversity of thinking, perspectives, backgrounds and culture. The seminars tackle the nature, causes and signs of stress at work and the techniques to handle stress better.
The Richmond Foundation is a provider of community rehabilitation and support services for persons with mental health difficulties. The Richmond Foundation is also supported by the Vodafone Malta Foundation.
