Vodafone Malta Limited, one of the main sponsors of the upcoming Joseph Calleja concert, is enabling its customers to purchase discounted tickets for this event. Vodafone customers purchasing any ticket from Vodafone Retail Outlets will get a discount of €10 on the ticket price.
A tribute to Pavarotti, will include arias from Tosca, Rigoletto, Pagliacci and Turandot, and also features guests Nataliya Kovalova and George Petean, under the direction of Mro Brian Schembri and the Janacek Philharmonic Orchestra. The concert will be held at St George’s Square, Valletta, on July 12.
“Joseph Calleja is one of the biggest stars in the world of classical music and this concert is bound to be one of the cultural highlights of 2008. Organising a concert of this magnitude, requires a great deal of planning, organization and resources. We are happy to support this event which I am sure will be a success,” said Vodafone’s Head of Consumer Business, Joseph Cuschieri. There are three categories of tickets for this concert - Gold Circle (€140), Silver Circle (€110) and Bronze Circle (€80).
