Vodafone and the Blueskies scheme broadband WiMAX offer

VodafoneVodafone customers subscribing to the Blueskies Internet Broadband scheme can opt for Vodafone Malta Limited’s high speed WiMAX broadband Internet offer. For only €3 / Lm1.29 monthly, customers eligible for this offer will get a 2 MB connection with a 12GB download limit, free installation and free activation with no hidden costs.

Vodafone said it is the only company in Malta offering a fixed wireless internet connection, this service does not require a telephone line or cable connection.

Registration for the Blueskies Scheme has been extended until the 8th of February. Application forms, can be collected from Vodafone Retail Outlets in Paola, Birkirkara, Embassy Complex Valletta and Arkadia, Gozo. Subsequently registration for home internet can also be done at Vodafone’s Retail Outlets.

Only households that have not had a broadband internet connection since 1st December 2007 may apply for the Blueskies scheme. Households which are currently served with a dial-up connection may still apply. Each household may only benefit from one Broadband service.
