The total number of persons registered as unemployed at the end of March 2007 stood at 7,033 persons, a decrease of 660 compared to last March.
The number of registered unemployed in Gozo increased by 23 persons, a rise of 3.3 per cent. Whilst in Malta unemployment decreased by 683 persons, a drop of 9.8 per cent.
