Two 17yr old youths are in critical condition after a traffic accident in Xaghra yesterday afternoon, they were riding a scrambler motorcycle which collided with a Mitsubishi Pajero vehicle.
They were rushed to Gozo General Hospital where they were found to be suffering life threatening injuries and were subsequently transferred by helicopter to St. Luke?s Hospital in Malta for further treatment.
Duty Magistrate Paul Coppini has appointed various experts to assist in an inquiry and Police investigations are continuing.
