Two local men have both been fined Lm300, after admitting that they had copied data from an estate agency and made use of it without authorisation. Steve Attard, aged 25, and Justin Muscat, aged 26, plead guilty to copying and making use of data to the detriment of Dhalia Estate Agency between September and November 2006.
Magistrate Edwina Grima took into account that the two men had filed an early guilty plea, had also cooperated with police and that the estate agency did not wish to pursue legal action.
