Bank of Valletta was one of the main sponsors of the the second edition of the fund raising motor & bike show Paqpaqli Ghall-Istrina, held on Sunday 23rd December at the MFCC Tent Ta’ Qali. A brand new Hummer H3 was driven down to Malta from the Netherlands specifically for this event. The Hummer H3 is the latest model to be launched by Hummer and was one of the main attractions at the show. During the event, 18 car and motorcycle clubs were invited to attend, with over 300 cars participating.
The funds raised will be presented during the live broadcast of Istrina 2007 on 29th December 2007. Bank of Valletta’s support to this event is in addition to the BOV Istrina Campaign 2007, which was held between November and December with Bank of Valletta donating over 7,000 piggy to schools in Malta and Gozo.
