This event is being celebrated in all scouting countries and territories worldwide, and will commemorate the 100th anniversary of the foundation of the world organisation of the Scout Movement (1907 - 2007).

This Occasion Card depicts the Chief Scout of the World, Lord Robert Baden-Powell, in 1937 during the last of his several visits to Malta.
