The new Gozo Tourism Association has elected the new council for 2006 at their Annual General Meeting.
The following officials were elected: Victor Borg as chairman, Mario Loporto as vice chairman, Joe Muscat as secretary and Paul Scicluna as treasurer. The new council members are: Alejandro Bernabe, Victor Borg, Mark Busuttil, Anthony Cassar, Jason Galea, Ludgard Gatt, Mario Loporto, Joe Muscat, Joe Rapa, Silvio Rapa, George Said, Paul Scicluna, Philip Spiteri and Amabile Zammit.
Minister for Gozo Giovanna Debono attended the meeting and listed the various achievements gained by the GTA working in favour of Gozitan tourism in the past few years.
