Moviment Graffitti welcomes the decision by the children's home 'Ejjew Ghandi', that it will not accept any donations from Anglu Xuereb; deputy leader of the far-right party Azzjoni Nazzjonali. "Ejjew Ghandi" took this decision after a xenophobic slogan with racist connotations appeared on an Azzjoni Nazzjonali billboard near the Hal Balzan Open Centre for refugees.
Moviment Graffitti states: "With this decision the organisation 'Ejjew Ghandi' is showing what principles based on solidarity and social justice really mean. We hope that everyone will have the courage to condemn this behaviour from the far-right, so as to prevent racism and fascism from raising their ugly heads in our country."
