The Staff and Management of the Malta Environment & Planning Authority (MEPA) have donated €5000.00 to the Puttinu Cares Fund raising marathon.
This handsome sum of money was the combined effort that MEPA staff put into organising two fundraising activities at its offices together with a number of individual donations. This noble initiative had the full support of the management that committed to match the amount that the employees managed to collect.
The donation was presented to Dr. Victor Calvagna Chairman of Puttinu Cares by MEPA Chairman Mr Andrew Calleja at the Marsa Sports Complex in the presence of a number of employees that were participating in the football marathon.
Through this gesture the Authority wants to show its gratitude and support for the services this Children’s Cancer Support Group gives to the Maltese Society.
