Maltacom has introduced an option for disabled persons to start receiving their bills in a new format with larger fonts. The new bills are printed on A3 paper and are double the size of standard telephone bills.
Customers who wish to receive bills in the new format and who are in possession of a special identity card issued by Kummissjoni Nazzjonali Persuni b’Dizabilità can send in an application form for immediate processing. For further information customers are invited to call Maltacom’s Customer Helpline on 21212121.
