The status of "Special Designated Area" was recently awarded to the prestigious Kempinski Private Residences, San Lawrenz in Gozo. Designed and developed by the Baldacchino Group of Companies, the Private Residences are going to be managed by luxury hotel group Kempinski, which has also been operating the adjacent Kempinski Hotel San Lawrenz for the past 7 years.
"Kempinski is delighted to add these luxury residences to its portfolio of properties," stated Noel Attard, the resort's newly appointed General Manager, "which is evidence for the group's commitment to Gozo and further strengthens Kempinski's ties with the Maltese Islands." Moreover, the addition of these fully serviced homes - the concept being a first for the archipelago - gives added value to Gozo as a destination.
The exclusive project, which recently welcomed the first owners into their new homes, consists of sixty spacious private residences with a choice of attractive layouts and 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms. Residence owners are welcome to utilize all comforts and amenities of the adjacent five-star resort.
The residences' project manager Dorothy Baldacchino stated that "we are extremely pleased with being awarded the special designated area status. One of its advantages is that foreigners are able to buy more than one property within the project. But perhaps more importantly, it certifies that the properties are of exceptional high standard."
