Being here and seeing all the half built shell buildings and construction everywhere, it looked just like the film set, Alec Guinness would have had the time of his life all over again. My son said it resembles Iraq after the war, we tend to differ, its hopefully Malta and Gozo having a half finished face lift at a very very slow pace.
