Heritage Malta is launching a Library Membership Scheme that will give members many benefits including a reference service at the Heritage Malta Central Library in Bighi and subscription to e-journals. The Central Library has access to a number of specialized journals, in particular dealing with various aspects of conservation and cultural heritage management.
Members will be receiving email updates on library related matters such as library acquisitions, 15% discount on Heritage Malta publications on sale from the Central Library in Bighi and other Heritage Malta sites and student rate for photocopying services from the Central Library in Bighi. Members will also get free, unrestricted entry to all Heritage Malta Museums and sites (except the Hal Saflieni Hypogeum for which they get a 50% discount on the entry ticket). Membership also entitles one to discounts and special offers on purchases made in Heritage Malta museum shops and sites and a subscription to the Heritage Malta magazine. Members will be invited to all Heritage Malta public lectures and receive a 50% discount on entry tickets to special exhibitions organised by Heritage Malta.
When applicable, the spouse/partner of the holder and children (12-18 years of age) may be registered on the application form so as to receive a complimentary card entitling them to free, unrestricted entry to all Heritage Malta Museum and sites for one calendar year (except the Hal Saflieni Hypogeum).
