The distinguished Heidelberg Chamber Orchestra will be giving a charity concert at St George's Basilica in Victoria on Saturday May the 24th. The orchestra will be performing the Mozart Requiem in a historical version for small chamber groups.
Over its forty-five years since its inception the Heidelberger Kammerorchester has performed in more than ninety countries across five continents.
Its repertoire includes Antonio Vivaldi, Johann S.Bach, Tommaso Albinoni, Alessandro Marcello, Purcell, Locatelli, Corelli and others, and in particular Wolfgang A. Mozart.
The concert at St George's Basilica commences at 7.45pm and patrons are requested to kindly be seated by 7.35pm.
