Nature Trust Malta, (NTM), has been helping the San Lucjan Aqcuacentre in the care of injured marine turtles through its Marine Life Rescue Team. They will now be participating in the release of four turtles that have fully recovered. The release will be held at 9.30am this coming Friday, the 16th of November, at Ghajn Tuffieha Bay.
Nature Trust is involving the following EkoSkola schools in this event, Zurrieq Primary A, San Gwann Primary and Xaghra Gozo. Minister for Rural Affairs and the Environment, George Pullicino, will also be attending the event.
