'Ggantija Alive? a dream', lived up to its promises of magic and feast and proved to be a big success last month. The event drew many spectators, who not only filled all the seating area, but also crowded onto the site, happy to be a part of the grand celebration at Ggantija.
The dance-drama show was spectacular and the live entertainment that followed continued to lift up the spirits. The olive gardens were also a pleasant surprise, lit up as they were by beautiful candles.
There were also stands of local and traditional fare, Il-Kartell served local antipasto and food whilst Audrey of Rubble saw to drinks and cocktails, Anton Rizzu offered his famous traditional ice-cream, together with Rose Bartolo serving her traditional sweets.
