The National Euro Changeover Committee (NECC) has now officially opened fifty-nine Euro Centres across the Maltese Islands to help businesses and the general public to obtain information about the changeover to the Euro during this month and January.
There will be forty-five centres in Malta and fourteen in Gozo, most of which will be hosted by the local parish centres, their opening times will vary to cater for the needs of each locality. Around 60 volunteers have been trained to staff the centres and people will be able to ask any questions they may have and obtain information on the new currency during the course of this month and next.
