Mr Peter Paul Buttigieg was elected as the International Secretary General of the Federation of European Carnival Cities (FECC) during their General Assembly held last week. Joseph Borda was also appointed as one of the auditors.
Mr Buttigieg succeeds Dr Chris Said who occupied the post for the last 3 years.
