Its a matter of a country realising its national opportunities and taking hold of these. and if anything AD was the main and most active player on this ground in Gozo. And its effort was on site! + the proposal is broad.. very broad.... and the fact that nothing has yet benn thought up or mentioned to the public it just sounds to be like this project will move ahead in a smokescreen. It will lead to little or nothing if this is true. Or it will be very successful if the right ideas are taken from the people who are really interested in this project. But that would be undemocratic because the party will claim having come up wth the vision .....Representative democracy...without recognition of individuals input and the true source of visions.....
