A 49yr old Ghajnsielem man has died at Ramla whilst assisting his children who had got into difficulties swimming in the bay.
Police were called just before 7pm this evening, members of the Civil Protection Department went to the mans aid and administered first aid, but were sadly unable to save his life.
Duty Magistrate Paul Coppini has appointed various experts to help in the investigation.
