In a statement, the Health Department has said that the medical condition of Malta Labour Party Spokesperson for Health, Dr Karl Chircop, is continuing to improve, and that he is to be be taken to the UK for further treatment tomorrow after showing "positive signs".
Dr Chircop, who is 42 years old, was admitted to hospital on the 3rd of August after suffering a brain haemorrhage.
He is currently receiving ongoing treatment at the Intensive Therapy Unit of the Mater Dei Hospital.
