Din l-Art Helwa, the National Trust of Malta, will be holding an Open Day at its historic properties in Malta, Gozo and Comino on this coming Sunday, the 7th of October. Volunteers will be welcoming visitors and will escort the public around the sites. Admission will be free of charge but donations towards Din l-Art Helwa's restoration projects would be very welcome.

The locations and opening times are as follows:

Gozo and Comino

Santa Marija Tower, Comino, and Comino Battery: 10.30am-4pm.

St. Lawrence Tower, Dwejra, Gozo: 10am-1pm, 2.30pm-4.30pm.

Fortifications

St Agatha Tower (The Red Tower) Mellieha: 10am-6pm;

Wignacourt Tower, St. Paul's Bay: 10.30am-12.30pm, 2.30pm-4.30pm;

Torri Mamo, Limits of Marsascala: 10am-1pm, 2.30pm-4.30pm.

Chapels and Gardens of Rest

St.Roque, Main St, Zebbug: 9am-12pm, 4pm-5.30pm;

Santa Maria of Bir Miftuh, outside Luqa Airport: 10am-1pm, 2.30pm-4.30pm.

Chapel of the Annunciation at Hal Millieri, take the first right hand turn after leaving the Blue Grotto Avenue fountain roundabout outside Zurrieq, or down Diamond Jubilee Square on the Imqabba bypass take the second turning to the right: 10am-1pm;

Msida Bastion Historic Garden of Rest, take the second fork right after the public library on Great Siege Road, Floriana: 9.30am-1pm, 2.30pm-4.30pm.
