A car caught fire on the main road between It-Tokk and Sabina Square in Victoria yesterday evening. There were two people in the vehicle at the time, fortunately with the help of nearby police they escaped unhurt.
The flames from the blaze were reported to be two stories high and two shops suffered damage to their facade. The civil protection unit were called in to deal with the blazing vehicle and to prevent any further damage.
