Bank of Valletta is supporting the second edition of "Real Estate - Opportunities and Challenges for the Future", a forum organised by the Economic and Management Consultancy Services which will be held on the 4th of June at Hilton Malta. The Forum appeals to a wide range of specialists in the real estate sector and to those persons who want to contribute to the success of this industry.
The Bank's sponsorship was presented by Alfred Attard, Executive Head at Bank of Valletta's Corporate Centre to Dr. John C Grech, Chairman of EMCS.
Mr. Attard said, "This is the second consecutive year that Bank of Valletta is supporting the Real Estate forum organised by the EMCS. As an active player in Malta's economic development, and a major financier of real estate projects, Bank of Valletta is delighted to participate in this forum, especially following Malta's accession into the Eurozone, which widens the opportunity for Malta to promote the real estate offer on the international market".
"The Real Estate Forum is intended to centre on the importance of upgrading the investment value of property in Malta. It will also focus on the need to determine the strategic positioning of Malta's real estate offer, and how this will impact the island's international marketability", said Dr Grech, while thanking Bank of Valletta for its support.
"The forum will also explore the development of the real estate Market as an investment opportunity, the regulations and taxation treatment of the sector and Malta's potential on the international Market", concluded Dr. Grech.
