Computer loan.jpgBank of Valletta has just launched a new Computer Loan aimed at making the purchase of computer equipment more affordable. Customers who take up this loan can benefit from repayments of less than €1 a day.

The new BOV Computer Loan is being introduced in conjunction with a Government scheme launched this week. Any household purchasing computer equipment between the 18th February 2008 and 30th May 2008 will be refunded 16% of the purchase price.

With the new computer loan customers can borrow between €600 (Lm257.58) and €1,200 (Lm515.16). Repayments on a loan of €1,200 (Lm515.16) over a term of 4 years will amount to less than €1 a day.”

Speaking about the new product John Soler, Chief Officer Credit at Bank of Valletta said “this new product aims to support those customers wishing to take advantage of the incentives launched by Government. The new BOV Computer Loan features advantageous interest rates and a term of up to 4 years. To further support this initiative and provide a further incentive to our customers, the Bank is also waiving the processing fees related to the loan.

More information on the new BOV Computer Loan can be obtained by visiting the Bank’s website on www.bov.com..., from any BOV branch, or by calling the BOV Customer Service Centre on 2131 2020 between Mondays and Saturdays, from 8.00am to 8.00pm (excluding Bank and Public Holidays).

Loans are subject to normal Bank lending criteria and final approval from a BOV branch.
