Bishop Mgr Mario Grech has announced three new appointments within the Gozitan diocese.
Fr Alex Refalo has been appointed bishop?s delegate for the clergy, while Fr Manwel Magro is his new delegate on cathecism. Fr Effie Masini has been appointed religious counsellor at the post-secondary school Sir M.A. Refalo and also pastoral co-ordinator in the diocese?s schools.
