Vodafone Malta Limited has revised its Super 300 and Mega 600 post paid rate plans to offer more value to its postpaid customers. As from the 1st October 2007 all customers subscribed to Super 300 and Mega 600 rate plans started to enjoy increased benefits which include cheaper calls rates and increased free minutes.
Customers subscribed to Super 300 currently benefit from a 300 free minute bundle, which can now be used to effect calls to fixed numbers as well as calls to other Vodafone numbers. In addition to this, Vodafone has reduced the call rate outside the bundle, from 10c (€0.23) to 4c3 (€0.10) for calls made to Vodafone numbers and all fixed lines. Calls to other local mobile operators have also been reduced from 12c (€0.19) to 10c (€0.23).
The Mega 700 price plan, formerly known as Mega 600, now offers 700 free minutes of talk time instead of the 600 minutes previously offered. These free minutes can be used to make calls to Vodafone and fixed numbers. The addition of an extra 100 minutes is not the only benefit Mega 700 customers will benefit from since the call rate outside the bundle has been reduced from 8c (€0.19) to 3c4 (€0.08) for calls made to Vodafone numbers and fixed lines. Mega 700 subscribers can also avail themselves of a free 3G handset.
“Vodafone Malta is constantly on the look-out to provide customers with a high quality service and value for their money through its price plans. These changes in our Super 300 and Mega 600 tariffs, give our clients increased talk time at no extra cost as well as reduced rates should they exceed the free minutes bundle. We are sure that this will go down positively with our valued customers.” said Maria Vella-Galea, Business Segment Marketing Manager at Vodafone Malta.
