Alternattiva Demokratika, congratulates Dominican Mgr Paul Cremona on his consecration as the new Bishop of Malta.
Whilst wishing him well in his new role as leader of the Maltese Church, AD augurs that his warm character and high spirit will be a trademark that will characterize his career.
AD would like to thank Mgr Joseph Mercieca for all his work, and believes that the new bishop should follow Mgr Mercieca’s work, especially when it comes to raising environmental conscience.
The Church’s role in Malta has a long lasting influence, and AD will always work hand in hand with those who want to raise awareness for a better environment, a more fair and humane economy and mutual respect as the basis of all human relationships.
AD looks forward to work closely with our new Bishop, and takes this opportunity to wish him all the best in his new role.
