A 38-year-old man from Mosta has plead not guilty to molesting a woman and offending public morals at Dwejra last Wednesday.
Magistrate Paul Coppini, who presided over the case at the Gozo Court yesterday, ordered a ban on the identity and also the vocation of the accused man. Magistrate Coppini also put off the case until the 9th of October.
A police spokesman was unable to say why a ban had been ordered preventing publication of the mans identity and vocation.

What if this ‘man’ was a common person like myself?
Would he have been so well protected by the court?
