A group of 29 illegal immigrants landed in Gozo at Xwejni bay this morning, they have now been taken to Malta for further investigations.
The group consisting of 16 men, 9 women and 3 children reached the coast at around 8.30 this morning after jumping off the boat they were traveling in and swimming to the shore.
