Fr Saviour Tabone has been appointed Monsignor of the Gozo Cathedral Chapter. Hailing from Fontana, he served as master of ceremonies at the Cathedral and for the diocese of Gozo since 1985.

Six classrooms at the Sacred Heart Minor Seminary have been refurbished, with new fire-proof doors, interactive whiteboards, curtains and whitewashing.The library was also given a major facelift. The Gozo Bishop Mario Grech visited the refurbished classrooms and a ceremony was held for the occasion.

The Birgu Domenican Community commissioned Chev. Paul Camilleri Cauchi with the execution of two oval paintings to be put up under the organ balcony which has undergone an embellishment project. The 132 cm X 100 cm paintings represent St. Albert the Great and St. Catherine de Ricci.
