Gozo Channel Company Limited has said that it remains committed to providing the highest quality service to all its customers with disability.
Some years ago, the company said, Gozo Channel Company Limited proved its commitment through the introduction of a new fleet of ferries which conformed to Access for All Guidelines.
Gozo Channel said it is now going a step further and introducing an improvement in its overall service provision. In collaboration with the Kummissjoni Nazzjonali Persuni b’Dizabilita’, Gozo Channel has produced an information leaflet which clearly indicates the different forms of assistance which persons with disability may expect to receive from our company.
The leaflets are printed in large format in both Maltese and English. Copies of the leaflet are available at the lobby of each vessel and at the Mgarr Passenger Terminal.
