Petrol prices to go up 15 cents as of tomorrow

Fuel price rises announced as from tomorrowEnemalta have just announced further fuel price rises, the new prices will be effective from tomorrow, Wednesday the 1st of July.

Petrol, both unleaded and LRP, will rise steeply by €0.15 per litre. Diesel fares much better this time with a rise of just €0.01 per litre.

Kerosene actually goes down in price with a reduction of €0.13, whereas heating oil stays the same.

Thin Fuel Oil 200 degree rises by €77 per tonne, 450 degree by €80 per tonne and 900 degree by €84 per tonne.

    Meanwhile, Italy reduces gas and electricity prices again, since January, gas by 21% and electricity by 8.4%…….

    Malta must be in a different world to the rest of Europe, or is it just a different government????

    In Malta we have one-party government and that (they say) brings stability!

    @Victor Galea, the only stable things now left on our island are the rocks……

    And even they are fast disappearing under the developers construction machinery, creating yet more empty properties for our already ‘unstable’ property market……
