Gozo College Victoria Primary School open day

Jeremy SpiteriGozo College Victoria Primary School recently organised an open day, where parents and the general public were invited to visit the school premises and see for themselves what goes on at school.

Throughout the day, children were involved in activities taking place in and around the school.

Each classroom teacher organised a particular activity for children and parents alike.

Gymnastics & childrens’ athletics as well as exercises were enjoyed by all in the school grounds.

The bouncing castle proved to be a main attraction. The Beauty Corner, the story telling sessions in the school library and the talent corner were a big success. A Book Fair was also organised on the day.

The day ended with the Kinderfest, a show put up by all the kindergarten children.

The Open Day was possible through the collaboration of all teaching staff, the school management team, the parents and the School’s Pupils’ Council.

Chev Frank Gatt, Gozo College Principal, visited the school and praised the initiative. The day was enjoyed by all and will as from now, be part of the school calendar.
