The Federation of European Carnival Cities, (FECC) Malta & Gozo, represented by 14 members, took part in the 29th FECC International Convention which was recently held in Kotor, Montenegro.
During this convention, Mr Peter Paul Buttigieg, from Nadur, was elected as the International Secretary General of this association for the next 3 years.
The ceremony took place during the General Assembly which was held on Wednesday, the 27th of May, at the Hotel “Mediteran,” Becici, Budva, Montenegro.
The Federation of European Carnival Cities has members from 45 countries.
The next International Convention will be held in Aruba from the 22nd – 30th May 2010.
