The Diocese of Gozo have said that they would like to joyfully announce, with praise and thanksgiving to Almighty God, the ordination to the priesthood of Rev Anthony Bajada, Rev Joseph Curmi and Rev Richard Nazzareno Farrugia of Xaghra.
The rite of ordination will be conducted by bishop Mario Grech this coming Saturday, the 13th of June 2009, at the Cathedral Church. Mass will be commencing at 6.30pm.
A vigil of prayer will be held at the Sacred Heart Seminary, Victoria on Friday, the 12th of June, at 9.00pm. All faithful are invited to offer their prayers for these candidates to the priesthood and for their vocations.
