A British woman died this afternoon after falling approximately 25 metres down Wied Mielah, near Gharb.
The alarm was raised earlier today and after a search which involved an AFM helicopter, AFM divers, as well as members of the Civil Protection Department, her body was spotted in the sea.
The rescue launch recovered her body and then took it to Mgarr.
