On the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the Don Bosco Oratory and from the canionisation of St John Bosco, the statue of the saint is visiting all the parishes in Gozo.
On the beginning of the first visit, the statue of St John Bosco was carried from the Don Bosco Oratory to the Cathedral Church accompanied by the Leone Band of Victoria.
Mass was later celebrated at the Gozo Cathedral by the Archpriest Mgr. Joseph Attard, whilst Fr. Effie Masini the Director of the Gozo Oratory, delivered a commemorative talk.
