The Electoral Commission notifies those persons in Malta and Gozo whose name is included in the Electoral Register published in April 2009, that Police Officers will be delivering voting documents as from Sunday, the 3rd to Friday, the 15th of May, 2009.
Voting documents will be delivered from 8.00am to 1.00pm and from 3.00pm to 8.00pm on all days including Sundays.
It is necessary that at the place of residence there shall be a person who resides thereat and who is over 18 years of age to receive the voting documents. The Electoral Law permits political party representatives to accompany police officers during delivery of voting documents pertaining to the election for MEPs.
The voting document should be kept in a safe place, as nobody will be allowed to vote without it.
