Ghaqda Drammatika Xewkija has announced that it will be proudly presenting Irbahtli!, the second theatrical production of the 2008-09 season. Right now, just days before the show, Ghaqda Drammatika Xewkija said it is undergoing the finishing touches as regards rehearsals and scenario settings as always in the hands of local artist Paul Falzon.

Irbahtli! goes back to the 70’s in a remote village in Italy, where there is Oswald, the son of a rich Count. Oswald is a newly graduated lawyer who has his mind set on his future but circumstances and his father’s presence trouble him, hence finding himself in many difficulties. Will he manage to overcome these obstacles?

To kill the tension, there is Marku and Karlu, who through their humoristic debates help to ease the suspense.

A warm invitation is extended to everyone, especially those who are theatre lovers to attend the production at Teatru Govanni Centru Parrokkjali Xewkija, to enjoy this night of theatre and to experience some of the local talent together with other skilled actors.

The production will be held twice, on Sunday, the 22nd of March at 6pm and on Saturday, the 28th of March at 7.30pm.
