On the occasion of the 25th Anniversary from the founding of the Spanish Maltese Cultural Centre in Malta, MaltaPost p.l.c. has announced that a special hand postmark – 25 sena ta’ hidma – Centru Kulturali Spanjol Malti – Valletta – 12-3-1984-2009, will be used on the centre’s memorabilia to commemorate this event.
