The Teatru tal-Opra Aurora has announced that it is to proudly present ‘The Grand Ballet Concert’ by the Moscow Ballet Theatre as it conducts its European Tour 2009. The single performance of this concert at the Aurora will be held on Saturday, April 18th, 2009, commencing at 8pm.
The ballet is being produced as part of the Gaulitana Music Festival. ‘The Grand Ballet Concert,’ a must-see for classical dance and ballet music lovers will include highlights from the most popular ballets staged around the globe, such as Swan Lake, Sleeping Beauty, Carmen, Don Quixote, Shopeniana, and Gizelle as well as a number of Russian folk and contemporary dance and others.
Tickets are already out for sale at €52, €45, €35 and €25. Special reductions are being given for group bookings in the tiers.
