In its commitment to provide customers with an added value, Vodafone Malta Limited said it is offering convenience, free SMSes with its online, Easy and SMS top up services. Gone are the days looking for an open shop to buy a physical top up card. Vodafone’s services are available free of charge every day and at any time, both locally and abroad.
In February and March, Vodafone is also giving away €5 extra credit when topping up with €20 and €15 extra credit when topping up with €50 when using any of Vodafone’s top up channels.
“Topping up through one of the online, Easy and SMS top up channels is very easy and convenient. This is not a one time offer but available permanently. Vodafone does not even charge you for the SMS request you send to top up when you’re abroad,” said Daniel Grech at Vodafone Malta.
When topping up through the Vodafone online, Easy and SMS top up services with €20, customers receive 25 free SMS to any Vodafone number, whilst customers topping up with €50 get 100 free SMS to any Vodafone number. These SMS are to be consumed within a month from top up.
If customers would like to use the online top up service, all they have to do is visit www.vodafone.com.mt, click on My Vodafone and follow the easy instructions. New MyVodafone registrations can also be done by creating a username and password.
Topping up through SMS is also very easy and convenient. Once customers register with either BOV or HSBC for Mobile SMS Top up, one simply has to send an SMS with the received 4 digit PIN to 5061 6520 or 5061 6550 for BOV and HSBC customers respectively for a €20 top up. For a €50 top up, BOV customers have to send a blank SMS with the 4 digit PIN to 5061 6620 and to 5061 6650 for HSBC customers.
For a more peaceful mind, customers may also choose the Easy Top up service to be automatically topped up with a fixed amount either every month or every time the credit falls below a pre-set amount. One may apply for this service free of charge through the MyVodafone at www.vodafone.com.mt.
Terms and conditions apply. More information is available at www.vodafone.com.mt. Customers may also call for free on 247 from their Vodafone mobile, or 99 999 247 from any other connection or by visiting one of Vodafone’s retail outlets.
