Home Loans for 2nd time buyersThe Bank of Valletta has announced Home Loans for 2nd time buyers, this is a new product that will finance the full cost of acquisition of property including stamp duties and furniture. The Bank said that together with a very attractive rate of interest, customers can benefit from BOV’s lowest base rate ever, a diversified package to suit customer’s needs and very encouraging property market conditions.

The Bank added that following the European Central Bank’s announcement to lower the interest rates and the subsequent full reduction on interest rates on Home Loans from the Bank, customers can reap long term benefits with the advantageous rates of interest offered by BOV on all home loan products.

Customers who own their first property or have repaid more than half of their mortgage are eligible for the new product.

“Bank of Valletta offers a wide range of home loan products built on years of experience in the field of personal lending. We are conscious of the fact that various people would like to take advantage of the current market conditions and good selection of properties for sale by investing in an additional property, but are short of the required liquidity. This unique product is principally aimed to address this demand at very favorable rates of interest”, explained Mario Gouder, Executive Head, Personal Finance.
