Two music events, including an open-air one with food, will be taking place in June at Il-Hagar Museum in Gozo, as part of the programme for this year’s Victoria International Arts Festival.
The first is on the Mnarja public holiday, Saturday, the 29th of June – with the Cordia Quartet at noon. This will be followed from 1 to 4pm by a three-course Taste of Gozo lunch on the rooftop of the museum – with live music by The Tramps. The cost of the Taste of Gozo event is €20.
Then on Sunday, the 30th of June the rooftop will once again be the venue for a musical event, this time with the Royal Conservatoire Brass from Scotland, starting at 8pm.
The museum said that booking is recommended for both days on firstname.lastname@example.org
All events, apart from a Taste of Gozo, are free of charge, including the museum entrance. Il-Hagar Museum is located in St George’s Square, Victoria.
The main temporary exhibition at the museum during this period will be – Nostalgia (with Paul Haber’s ceramics), which will be inaugurated on the 16th of June at 11.45am.
